Saraa D. Lee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the sole proprietor of Pacific Burnout Therapy. The practice was created to provide effective therapy based on scientific evidence to individuals, couples and families.
Saraa graduated from Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She then was awarded a Fulbright grant to live in South Korea, where she conducted independent research on cross cultural and trans-lingual creativity.
Upon return to the United States, she worked for the UCLA School of Law’s Williams Institute, an LGBTQ legal education and advocacy organization. She later became a research assistant at the UCLA Center for Research, Education, Training and Strategic Communication on Minority Health Disparities (CRETSCMHD).
Saraa then completed an MSW at UCLA’s Luskin School of Social Welfare in 2012. Since that time she has become licensed and deepened her therapeutic practice with hundreds individuals, couples, families and children of all ages and from very diverse walks of life. She has a warm yet motivating style of interaction that has been shaped by her advanced education and eclectic work experiences, both domestically and internationally.
Saraa is a bilingual Spanish speaker who enjoys art, dance, music and nature.
